Judy Lynne
Born in Lockport, New York, Judy has been living and working in the Bay Area since age thirteen. She has been active in music nearly as long as she’s been a Californian. Inspired by her parents, she wrote her first song at 15, and has been expressing herself through music ever since.
Judy is driven by this passion and loves writing about life as it unfolds. Her first album, ‘Direct Connection’ was a collection of inspirational tunes, earning much acclaim within that genre. Throughout the album the listener is submerged in warmth and sincerity, as her perception is shared with an occasional ‘tongue-in-cheek’ delivery.
Judy has worked with a variety of bands throughout her career. Her ability to move around the stage and captivate her audience, earned her an invitation to be a guest vocalist for the opening band for Ricky Skaggs at a Progeria benefit, hosted by Geraldo Rivera.
Since 1997, Judy has been the driving force behind 'PAZAZZ' - the 'dynamic duo with the huge sound'! Her voice seasoned with a mix of sweet and raspy grit, give the band a compelling charm. A true entertainer, Judy enjoys the endless variety of music and that enjoyment attributes to the steady rhythm of PAZAZZ in the Bay Area for the past decade.
Her newest release 'Legacy’, captures life in all its glory. From beginning to end the journey is one of heartache and tears, chuckles and grins, and absolute entertainment! Judy’s lyrics are intriguing and are shared through a spirited and zestful performance.
